The Eminent Group, a consulting firm focusing on transportation management systems, has introduced a new service for mid-sized business using the TMS application of Oracle Corp. Dubbed RapidOTM, it is intended to speed up implementation of the Oracle software. Eminent uses templates, default parameters, fast data loading and industry best practices to deliver benefits from Oracle Transportation Management in a matter of weeks, the company said. Eminent is a Gold Level member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork and a longstanding implementer of Oracle Transportation Management. Oracle Accelerate is Oracle's program for providing rapid implementation of the vendor's business software to mid-sized customers.
