LeanCor's offering will include training and education on lean supply-chain management. Course topics will include Lean Problem Solving, Lean Supply Chain, Lean Leadership and Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt. In addition, LeanCor will support customers in North American with Asian supply-base needs. Offerings will include supplier development, supplier continuous improvement, trailer and container load planning, general transportation management and packaging, aimed at the "Plan for Every Part" theory of management.
