ESM's products are aimed at the public and mid-market sectors, covering sourcing, purchasing, analytics and contract management. Its customers have shown increased interest in an automated contract-management system, the company said. The tool reduces risk, increases efficiency and helps to support a complete procure-to-pay program, according to ESM chief executive officer Dan Corazzi. ESM's brands include eSchoolMail and Mercury Commerce. Agiloft's software was designed to support multiple business processes, including service desks, contract management and customer relationship management.
