Both entities currently serve multiple facets of the industry, including fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish, meat and poultry. Greg Martin, senior vice president of air logistics with Kuehne & Nagel North America, said the deal with Commodity Forwarders will allow the company to meet the needs of customers, including those requiring services on the U.S. West Coast. The Kuehne & Nagel Group operates at approximately 1,000 locations in more than 100 countries, providing sea freight, airfreight, contract logistics and overland services.
