According to the parties, the combination will give Jacobson’s existing customers access to a broader set of services. Hervé Montjotin, chief executive officer of Norbert Dentressangle, said acquisition was a “key milestone” in the company’s push to become “a top-tier player in global supply-chain management, and a step change in expanding our global reach.” Oak Hill has been an owner of Jacobson for seven years. Jacobson manages more than 33 million square feet of warehouse space across 142 sites. The transaction is expected to close in mid-September.
