The newly recertified quality-management system includes a number of internal processes, including the ability to track updates from initiation to completion and delivery to clients. It conducts biannual internal audits and annual external audits of its entire content-update process. The Global Knowledge Update Process involves gathering, translating, interpreting and updating country-specific trade regulations for Amber Road’s GTM applications. The company originally received the ISO certification for its quality-management system in July, 2012.
