SyncOperations comprises a number of elements, including a workflow automation engine, data historian and ability to connect and aggregate data from various systems and machines. Enhancements contained in version 6.0 including an artifact server, which stores ready-to-deploy applications; improved functionality for interacting with all relevant information without the need for dedicated interface types; infrastructure changes to allow online data storage and Web-based queries of the system, and new IM-SQL querying language support for easy access to system data, with the ability to investigate complex relationships within manufacturing data. Synchrono offers planning, scheduling and execution, and eKanban inventory-replenishment systems, which can be combined with the vendor's manufacturing platform to synchronize workforces, methods, machines, resources and data.
