FourKites presented at the JDA FOCUS 2017 global conference last week on how real-time visibility can improve overall customer service and carrier operations.

For LTL tracking, FourKites and SMC3 joined forces to create a single integration point for all LTL carriers to provide granular visibility information across all legs of the shipment.
FourKites has also completed full integration of HERE Maps, providing truck-specific routing and mapping. It further enhances ETA accuracy with Hazmat, 53' trailer and height/weight restrictions, the software company says.
