Flash Global Logistics, Inc. has added 66 locations to its service network in China. The new operations offer distribution, customs clearance and importer-of-record (IOR) capabilities within the country. Flash aids customers in the deployment of critical parts and products for import and export, evaluation of in-country requirements, handling of proper documentation, minimization of customs-clearance times, management of value-added tax (VAT) deferment programs, and use of bonded warehouses. Flash's regional offices support customer requirements for 90-minute, two-hour and four-hour service-level agreements. The vendor's resources include 700 field stocking locations, 14 multi-client distribution centers and five command centers.
