Glacier Computer, a supplier of rugged industrial computers for harsh environments, has unveiled a new line of equipment through a partnership with M3 Mobile. Weighing less than 12 ounces, the units have been drop-tested from five feet and sealed to an IP 65 rating. The M350 model has been optimized for medical applications, by utilizing a silver nano case that can withstand conditions that might otherwise degrade the housing or sealing.
