Next View Software has integrated the benchmark metrics of the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC) into its warehouse management and productivity applications. The move gives customers additional ability to compare and analyze their operations with other supply chains, the company said. The output of WERC's annual study on industry benchmarking provides Next View customers with a set of standard key performance indicators to monitor their operations. WERC's metrics have become part of Next View's standard warehouse, labor management and productivity tools. They have been integrated into Next View Score, the vendor's real-time reporting and dashboard feature. Next View's other products include Next View Live, a system for real-time supply-chain visualization and collaboration.
