Accellos, which provides warehouse, 3PL, logistics, transportation and mobile fleet management solutions, has renamed and enhanced the former Delfour SmartEnterprise product. Accellos Enterprise 3PL Version 2.8 reportedly has a series of new features for warehouse resource management, labor standards, forecasting labor requirements, employee productivity tracking and customer profitability analysis, as well as a new look.

New features and functions include:

Operations board: Specifically designed for warehouse managers and shift and team managers, it allows them to view labor requirements for a given facility or across multiple facilities. The system will display the labor requirements and current status of activity. A set of alerts provides management with notification of any activities that are not moving along at the expected speed.

Indirect time tracking: The solution now tracks both the time between the start and finish of a given activity (direct time) and the time between the end of one activity and the beginning of the next (indirect time).

Voice-directed picking: Accellos Enterprise 3PL now supports voice-directed picking using Vocollect Voice for hands-free picking.
