SupplyOn, a platform for buyer-supplier collaboration in the manufacturing sector, has redesigned its service to enhance the process of supplier evaluation. The company's Performance Monitor lets users analyze supplier evaluation data in a variety of ways, such as parts quality and delivery reliability. Companies conducting supplier assessments can carry out comparative analyses. Employees from operating departments can access detailed analyses at individual part levels. Users can create individual filter profiles to retrieve relevant data. The new tool includes a redesigned user interface, allowing for the fast retrieval of data, and access to new filter and analysis capabilities, the vendor said. Raw data can be drawn from companies' enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems via an XML interface, and processed according to specific rules. The resulting evaluations are displayed in SupplyOn's Performance Monitor, available both to the assessing and assessed companies. The prepared evaluation data can be downloaded as a PDF or Excel file for further processing in internal systems.
