According to the vendor, the new product can result in more proactive communications with customers, employees and constituents. It offers tailored messaging, specialized account messaging and the dissemination of emergency information. Compatible with most on-premise or hosted corporation communications networks, ProActive Research provides automated message management, flexible list management and the ability to enhance contacts through e-mail and SMS texts. It is suitable for organizations with or without contact centers, Acqueon said. The company specializes in products for the customer interaction-management industry. It is a certified organization under the Cisco Developer Network, as well as a gold-level member of the Avaya DevConnect program.
