Aberdeen Group's Service Management team and SupplyChainBrain are conducting a research survey to analyze how best-in-class companies have been able to effectively blend their service parts inventory management, field delivery and logistics strategies to manage service costs while ensuring greater part fill rates and availability at the point of service.
The research will look at how best-in-class service organizations are:
• Integrating the entire service workflow (logistics, transportation, fulfillment) to increase visibility into the service supply chain to seed better plans and forecasts
• Leveraging parts forecasts to predict service parts demand
• Providing management and the customer with improved part availability in order to make decisions that impact the business.
