Smiths Detection has developed a new handheld radiation sector to identify radiological and nuclear threats. According to the company, the RadSeeker offers improved performance capabilities, compactness and durability. It features a wide array of applications, from enabling civil defense and first-responder operations to aiding port and border personnel with cargo, container and vehicle screening.
