CombineNet Inc., a provider of online sourcing technology for global supply chains, has introduced a pair of new products. CombineNet Contract Management is integrated with ASAP, the vendor's electronic sourcing tool. It aids customers in taking sourcing decisions to contract, with native integration to Microsoft Word and Workshare. A feature known as DeltaView provides contract redlining and review cycles with third parties, including full audit trails to improve cycle time, efficiency and control. The offering was developed in partnership with Upside Software, developer of technology tools for contract management. In another company announcement, CombineNet has developed a spend-analysis and spend-management application, delivered under a software-as-a-service model. CombineNet Spend Analysis is another extension of the ASAP e-sourcing product. It provides reports in a visual and interactive mode, with the aim of simplifying complex analyses and providing visibility to organization-wide data. The tool features customer-tailored rules and algorithms for auto-classification, along with support for multiple simultaneous classification taxonomies. CombineNet developed the spend-analysis application in partnership with Spend Radar.
