Vocollect's certified partners can reengineer processes without the need for host changes or significant IT resources. According to Vocollect, new workflows, covering such tasks as cycle-counting, putaway, receiving and loading, can be voice-enabled within a matter of days. VoiceExpress draws on the vendor's latest client software, Vocollect VoiceCatalyst, which operates on multi-vendor vehicle-mount and fixed-mount computers. Capability for handhelds will be added later this year. VoiceExpress is now commercially available worldwide. Vocollect is a business unit of Intermec, Inc.
