The update includes more detailed visibility into production, machine and labor activity, allowing for real-time comparisons of an operation's plan and its actual execution. According to Apriso, MPI 2.0 can be deployed individually, on a plant-by-plant basis or to multiple locations. Process or data-query modifications can be instantly updated to any location. The new Reporting and Analytics Platform pre-configures and bundles systems-integration logic through an improved user interface and wizard. The tool allows for real-time access to machine-level data, by hour, employee and product. MPI is a component of Flexnet, Apriso's platform for global manufacturing operations management.
