The northeast Pennsylvania facility has been serving the retailer's multi-region consolidation program. Now the facility will become a nationwide single-point consolidation center out of the Northeast providing manufacturers and importers in the region an opportunity to lower distribution costs as well as improve on-time performance to Walmart.
CaseStack has collaborative partnerships with top retailers and grocery chains, such as Walmart, Kroger, Roundy's and Whole Foods. By creating collaborative consolidation programs, which include inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, pick and pack as well as order fulfillment, CaseStack has the ability to adjust and create consolidation programs that meet each supplier's distribution needs.
