The service covers the cost of various activities that might be required to ensure the success of an exhibit, including expedited shipping fees for replacement materials, show decorator fees to replace or reconstruct new display panels, printing costs for replacement collateral and brochures, costs for alternative booth gifts and giveaways, additional labor fees assessed by the show decorator for late or expedited booth setup, and on-site coordination with the show decorator and outside vendors.
