At the Internet Retailer Conference and Exhibition, enterprise shipping and transportation management solution provider Agile Network and automated distribution and fulfillment solution provider Invata Intralogistics announced release of AgileShip for Invata - a fully integrated supply chain execution system for companies that may ship as many as 100,000 packages each day.

AgileShip integrates essential, rules-based, multicarrier rating, routing and manifesting functions directly with Invata's FastTrak WMS, WCS and material handling systems, which support pick-to-light, put-to-light, automated cartonization, GOH, weigh-in-motion, sortation, and shipping label print-and-apply, among other fulfillment processes. The certified solution is designed to ensure the seamless flow of merchandise from the warehouse to customer with minimal labor, material and transportation cost.  AgileShip for Invata also captures real-time carrier tracking data, POD and delivery charges to support consumer updates, invoicing and transportation planning.
