Solution: Our Company implemented a new Warehouse Management System allowing the customer to better manage shrinkage and lost beer. Inbound Advanced Shipment Notifications were also developed to know where inventory is at all times.

Results: Utilizing a software system to better handle inventory paid off. Cases increased to 240 per hour and voice directed picking enabled the company to go from picking 27,000 to 50,000 cases in the same time frame. Using Voice- and RF-directed picking generated a significant increase in accuracy, improving customer satisfaction. Labor costs reduced dramatically as a result of implementing processes that improved inventory accuracy. They also experienced sizeable improvements to inventory reconciliation, which immediately impacted the bottom line.
