Designed to serve the oil and gas, automotive and industrial sectors, the new service offers guaranteed capacity with Boeing 747-8 freighters. According to DB Schenker, the service will benefit its U.S. Midwest customers with freight moving from southeast China to the U.S. Southwest, Gulf of Mexico and northern Mexico. Service options provided by the jet cargo division include one to two days (First Class), three to four days (Business Class) and within six days (Economy). Other features include direct main-deck capacity from China, time-definite transit options, consolidation services and land-transport connections. Schenker possesses a national permit covering all Remote Location Filing (RLF) ports nationwide, with trained and licensed brokers across the country.
