According to Thoma Bravo, its software and technology expertise complements the supply-chain and business-network capabilities of Elemica, while enabling the company to expand its portfolio of products. Thoma Bravo added that the investment will speed up the company’s time to market for creating new applications and helping customers to streamline their operations. Thoma Bravo manages a series of private equity funds representing more than $12bn in equity commitments. Users of the Elemica network process nearly $400bn in commerce annually, the companies said.
