Arsenault Associates has released version 5.0 of Dossier, the company's software for managing truck maintenance and fuel usage. The Dossier Fuel Management System provides truck fleets with automated monitoring, reporting and control of fuel. The tool includes new reports with decision-support capabilities, as well as a graphical dashboard, which displays data summaries and trends. In many cases, the system relies on data already in the user database. Dossier provides a complete analysis, which helps to identify problems and make decisions. Used in conjunction with the Dossier Fuel Data Import option, which links to automated fuel islands, fuel card systems, credit cards, onboard computers and GPS systems, the product can eliminate the need for entering fuel and meter information, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of data. The system keeps fleets informed about fuel with current and historic use and management analysis tools. It displays under- and over-performing drivers and equipment, helping fleet managers to spot problems early and formulate action plans.
