Infosys Technologies Ltd. has launched a new application to aid banks in analyzing their customers. Dubbed Finacle Analyz, the tool provides business reports, executive dashboards and statistical models to help banks strengthen their customer-management strategies. In addition, it offers a self-service portal for customers to manage their financial and lifestyle-related pursuits. In addition to accessing back-end reporting analytics, bank staff can view diagnostic output such as customer scores, to aid in decision-making during customer interactions. Finacle Analyz complements the vendor's operational data store, a data warehouse for the viewing and management of customers, products, transactions and channels. It provides more than 100 pre-defined reports and pre-configured statistical models employing predictive analytics. They can be used to target the appropriate profiles through campaign response scores, predict opportunities for cross-selling, and forecast customer lifetime value.
