Verian Technologies, a vendor of systems for automating the purchase-to-pay process, has added a Spend Intelligence module to its suite of products. The application allows companies to analyze spend, identify savings opportunities, track supplier performance and review key metrics for requisition and invoicing. It provides a central interface where users can see who is spending, which items are being purchased, which budgets are being charged and when cash will be available. The Spend Intelligence module includes a dashboard of nearly 80 reports, metrics and key performance indicators. The module integrates directly with Verian's full suite of purchase-to-pay applications, including Purchase Manager, Invoice Automation, Expense Manager and Asset Manager.
