Lansa, a vendor of software for global data synchronization, has achieved Oracle Validated Integration between its Lansa Data Sync Direct Demand Side Version 6.6 and Oracle Product Hub 12.1. The Lansa application is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) and master data management (MDM) tool for GS1 alignment via the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN). According to Lansa, the new development will help retailers, wholesale distributors, hospital networks, group purchasing organizations, private labelers and brokers to better manage GS1 item alignment activities via the GDSN directly from Oracle Product Hub. Users will be able to issue catalog item subscriptions; evaluate and respond to inbound Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) or product-related publications from suppliers, and view the results of GS1 item alignment activities in the Oracle Product Hub. According to Lansa, customers will be able to achieve faster and more accurate product information exchange with trading partners. Lansa is a Gold-level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork. Oracle Validated Integration through the PartnerNetwork ensures that integrations between Oracle applications and complementary partner systems have been validated. The result, according to Lansa, is reduced risk, improved system implementation cycles and smoother upgrades and maintenance.
