Syspro, a vendor of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software in both on-premise and cloud delivery models, has launched a new platform for small and mid-sized manufacturers and distributors. Dubbed Quantum Architecture, the new framework is targeting six business areas: ERP implementation, communications and reporting, workflow processes, security issues, regulatory and financial change, and mobile and cloud requirements. Aspects of the new tool include a multi-source, single-repository architectural map; high-definition data collaboration modeling; pro-configured, multi-layer processes and workflows, and embedded, role-based enterprise performance management analytics, reports and measurement. The vendor's focus in on collaborative, real-time management of multiple business, information and IT assets. Syspro claims more than 14,500 customers in 60 countries, with a focus on small and mid-market companies.
