Pegasus TransTech Corp. has introduced version 2.5 of Transflo $Velocity, the vendor's application for managing the relationship between freight brokers and carriers. Introduced two years ago, the tool provides a comprehensive standard for exchanging both data and images. According to Pegasus, release 2.5 makes it easier for carriers to bill, and brokers to process transactions, electronically. The vendor also offers a means for carriers to move delivery paperwork from the driver into the carrier's corporate offices. Other Pegasus products include Transflo Express, which provides same-day access to a trucker's over-the-road delivery documents, and Transflo Now, offering in-cab, at-home and over-the-road scanning options for drivers and agents.
