The tool, Trade IQ Export, allows users to see companies that are exporting from the U.S., as well as the products they are sending, and the countries where the shipments are headed. It contains U.S. export bills of lading for four major carriers. According to Zepol, the information represents all electronically available export data from the Automated Export System (AES) of U.S. Customs. Bill of lading records extend back to 2010 and are available within weeks of a shipment's departure, Zepol said. The interface has multiple search fields, Excel downloads and trending, among other features.
