Speakers will include executives from Walmart, The Coca-Cola Company, Microsoft, Intel, Nike, Procter and Gamble, and Hewlett-Packard. Also speaking will be Kevin O'Marah, senior research fellow at the Global Supply Chain Forum, and Professor Hau Lee of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. The conference is designed for business and non-profit leaders, policy makers and academics. Topics will include how supply-chain strategy can benefit local economies and minimize environmental impact while optimizing business results, and how companies are leveraging supply-chain efficiency to reduce risk, lower costs and spark innovation. The event will be held at the Oberndorf Event Center. It is presented by the Stanford Global Supply Chain Forum and the Center for Social Innovation at the Graduate School of Business.
