The heavy-duty wooden shipping and storage containers can be reused up to 30 times, the company said. They feature a stainless-steel clip system, with tabs that can be removed without tools. It fits into slots in the wood that are sealed with nylon inserts, preventing moisture damage and allowing the clips easily to slide in and out of crates. By removing the clips, crates can be broken down and laid flat for storage. They can be reassembled quickly without the use of tools. The crates are especially well-suited to manufacturers of automotive, industrial, aerospace and medical equipment products, as well as other industries that rely on closed-loop shipping systems, Labelmaster said.
