It was designed for use in the manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, utilities and telecommunications sectors. Bobcat comes standard with two full-sized USB 3.0s, Micro SDXC, Micro SIM, Micro HDMI-Out, RJ-45 Ethernet, GPS engine and serial port connections. It includes a suite of optional features designed for specific industries. A proprietary Xpansion Port includes such integration options as a 1D/2D barcode scanner, common access card reader and near-field communications reader. The tablet is rated to operate in extreme environmental conditions, including rain, dust and temperatures between minus 4 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit, and can withstand multiple five-foot drops.
