The goal, said the company, is to foster continued optimization of the configured document-management and process-workflow system. IntelliChief ECM (Enterprise Content Management) enables users to capture documentation in any format, index contents and validate with data in their enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or line-of-business applications. In the process, users can manage the lifecycle of all related documentation, and optimize interdepartmental workflow. Areas of use include accounting, finance, customer service, human resources, legal, and logistics and distribution operations.
