According to BravoSolution, the deal enables the end-to-end procurement process via an integrated purchase-to-pay suite. Puridiom has more than 30 years of experience supporting the procurement processes of private and public-sector organizations. Integration of Puridiom's team and technology is to begin immediately. BravoSolution will continue to support all existing products, customer commitments and terms and conditions of all professional services and product-support agreements. The Puridiom technology will be embedded into BravoAdvantage, BravoSolution's strategic procurement platform. Puridiom founder Jesus Ramos will become senior vice president of procurement solutions. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
