HighJump Software Inc. has released HighJump Performance Advantage, a business-intelligence dashboard for monitoring supply chain performance. The product combines modern graphical dashboard technology with industry-developed standards, HighJump said. Elements within the dashboards include inbound, outbound, order accuracy, customer, quality, capacity and utilization. All dashboards are designed for use both within the customer's organization and in a multi-site environment. Users can draw on more than 30 pre-established performance metrics, or customize their own. HighJump Performance Advantage offers standard integration with the HighJump Supply Chain Advantage suite, as well with other supply chain management applications, the vendor said.
