Rosslyn Analytics has joined with D&B UK to provide new supplier-management tools to customers. Rosslyn is a technology provider specializing in spend analysis. D&B is a provider of global business information. Together they will supply organizations with information on supplier performance and risk. According to the companies, the deal represents the first time that a third-party data feed from the likes of D&B has been integrated into an automated, Web-based spend-analytics platform that is system-agnostic. Users get a single, immediate view of all supplier performance information, tied to a customer's internal spend data, such as key suppliers. The information is presented in customizable dashboards, scorecards and alerts. D&B's supplier information is accessible to customers subscribing to RA.Pid Enterprise, a suite of modular applications which run on the rapidintel.com platform. The technology incorporates data from external sources as well as internal supplier performance metrics, giving procurement managers a holistic view for the management of supplier risk.
