The online offering is part of the Prophesy DispatchSeries Software Solution package. According to the vendor, it provides all the stability of the Prophesy Dispatch software with a flexible online interface for ease and portability. Users can deploy basis dispatching tools at a low initial cost and monthly subscription rate, the company said. The system requires only an internet connection and minimal setup, with no expensive hardware or software to purchase or upgrade. The Prophesy Dispatch application integrates with Quickbooks Pro Accounting Software, managing critical information flows in real time through a single system. Prophesy's DispatchSeries handles dispatch operations, freight billing, driver settlements, ratings, electronic data interchange, bills of lading, driver and revenue settlements, driver advances and pay, and fuel card import.
