Tom Zosel Associates (TZA) has entered into an alliance with The Createch Group to deliver new software applications for warehouse labor management. TZA is a provider of software and consulting services for supply-chain productivity. Createch is a Canadian vendor of systems for integrating operational performance improvement and information technology. Under the new agreement, Createch obtains the rights to distribute and implement TZA's ProTrack warehouse labor-management systems, to support its own engineered labor standards services. ProTrack enables distribution centers to monitor the daily performance of individual employees. The standalone application can be integrated directly into most existing warehouse-management or enterprise-management systems, TZA said. TZA's offerings include management consulting, engineering, technology, managed services and human capital services.
