NetSuite Inc. has introduced services resource planning (SRP) and professional services automation (PSA) applications to support the operations of services organizations. NetSuite is a provider of cloud-based financials and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. New features include Expense Reporting for iPhone, guided-service ad hoc management reporting, and "follow the sun" resourcing capabilities. New reporting features streamline custom report creation by way of an intuitive, step-by-step interface. NetSuite OpenAir Mobile now offers a mobile PSA app which allows users immediately to capture an image of an expense receipt, attach it to an expense report and submit from an iPhone. "Follow the sun" time-zone support allows for the accurate booking of resources across time zones, while a graphical booking chart displays the location of field resources. The NetSuite software also provides workflow notification enhancements, which make it easier to send detailed messages based on triggering events, then share details in an automated fashion with co-workers and employees.
