Offered under a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model, the product is being offered through HighJump's TrueCommerce EDI Solutions Group. According to the vendor, companies that integrate Sage 100 ERP with the Web-based version of TrueCommerce Transaction Manager will have access to the same features and functionality that are available in the on-premise version. The integration of EDI and ERP systems helps to streamline the fulfillment process while improving accuracy and meeting customers' EDI requirements, HighJump said. The SaaS model entails no maintenance, backup or update requirements, as well as no need to purchase additional hardware or software. Both the Web-based and on-premise versions of TrueCommerce draw on the native Sage Business Objects interface, allowing for seamless integration while enforcing all Sage business rules. TrueCommerce Transaction Manager supports integration with Sage 100 ERP's sales order and purchase order modules, which include purchase orders, advance ship notices, invoices and receipt-of-goods transactions.
