It electronically broadcasts logistics requirements to the market and identifies available trucking assets in the network. The service especially targets small and mid-sized chemical companies that lack the carrier relationships to ensure freight movements at competitive rates during times of tight capacity, Chemlogix said. CapAssure X gives them access to a network of pre-qualified carriers.
