The tool allows users to tailor applications to their business, and employees to configure the user experience, dashboards, reports, workflow and data. Customers and partners can personalize their Oracle Cloud Applications using Oracle Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) to create new features and build new cloud and mobile SaaS applications. Companies can connect data, processes, analytics and people, and provide employees with a unified user experience. To help customers adopt its cloud applications, Oracle has expanded the Oracle Customer Care 2 Cloud program to its enterprise resource planning (ERP) customers.
