The company’s Webdecs tool provides shippers and logistics service providers with a range of customs capabilities, to support compliance with fiscal and security filing requirements. Traders can draw on default and client-specific standing data, declaration templates, historical filings, on-screen tips and system validations. Price of the e-customs deal was approximately $9m, Descartes said.
