The suite provides retailers with end-to-end visibility into their supply chains, according to the vendor. It offers analytics in three main areas: customer fulfillment, inventory and global sales. FusionOps Retail supplies a centralized view of inventory across all channels. Pre-populated reports include a demand-fulfillment dashboard, order-status dashboard, on-time in full (OTIF) root-cause analysis, life-of-an-order analytics, inventory coverage reporting and allocation preview analytics. The tool gives retailers metrics related to their inventories across sales channels, allowing them to allocate product and fill orders to maximize the margin for each channel, FusionOps said. The suite draws on data from multiple applications, including SAP ECC, Oracle and warehouse-management systems.
