The tool captures and consolidates shopper interaction data across all channels. At the core of the suite is the Aldata Omni-Shopper Register, which records and stores every data point of a shopper's retail interactions across all channels. It provides insight into the dynamics of shopping, in addition to facilitating the segmentation and clustering of shopper styles. Output from the Omni-Shopper Register feeds four modules which execute operational activity and change. They are Aldata Omni-Shopper Online, which provides data clusters, content and campaign management; In Store, a mobile platform enabling retailers to assist shoppers within the store on a broadcast or personalized basis; Merchandising, which integrates multiple channel analyses into the category and merchandising mix, and Fulfillment, which provides real-time availability, replenishment and order commitment.
