Smart power management features automatically turn it on and off to update positioning information while conserving energy. Ubiqconn's open API/SDK support allows users to develop custom applications, the vendor noted. The MT7000 supports a wide range of operating systems, including multiple versions of embedded Windows, Linux and Android 4.4. Connection options include 4G/LTE mobile broadband, 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0.
