Manhattan Associates, Inc. has enhanced its software portfolio known as SCOPE, for Supply Chain Optimization - Planning Through Execution. New features include the X-Suite for management of processes outside the organization, a Total Cost-to-Serve (TCS) platform, and the latest release of Manhattan Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI). X-Suite (Extended Enterprise Management, or EEM) is designed to connect with trading partners and customers, providing users with visibility and event-management capabilities. EEM manages order fulfillment and automates communications with customers with end-to-end visibility, and tracking and monitoring of orders, shipments and inventory from sourcing to delivery. TCS, a new supply-chain platform application, works with Manhattan SCI to provide detailed reports and analysis of the financial supply chain. It determines total landed cost from supplier to warehouse as it occurs, and adds that amount to the cost of delivering from warehouse to customer. The newest release of SCI offers customizable reports, which allow companies to monitor the performance of key elements of their supply networks from a single intuitive workbench.
